You need to find some one in the United States to help you buy it and ship to you, as Amazon website does not allow any buyers from outside the United States for the Kindle right now.

If you are in Singapore, the best benefit of Kindle that it has wireless access everywhere vanishes. I’ll suggest you to get the Sony reader instead. Quite a lot of people vote for it for better PDF support and touchscreen function:
